Return and refund policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please email us first at mall@shulyhair.com before initiating a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging
Helpful Hint:
1. $20 restocking fee will apply to all returns and exchanges.
2.We recommend shipping your return via USPS with a tracking number for your convenience. Return shipping costs typically range from $20 to $40 and are the customer's responsibility. Please note that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, we will not be able to issue the refund.
3.Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. The return window is 14 days from the date of your order. Please reach out to us within that timeframe at mall@shulyhair.com
Refund:
Once we receive and inspect your returned wigs, our finance team will process the refund. Please allow 2–5 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items that are used, damaged, or not purchased from us.
Cancellation & Exchange:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team at mall@shulyhair.com. Cancellation requests received after this window cannot be guaranteed.
If you wish to modify your order prior to shipment, a $5 change fee will apply. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations
